Mr. Franklin: Building a Safe Community with CICS Prairie

Mr. Benjamin Franklin has worked with CICS for nearly 20 years. He began as a security guard at CICS Longwood then moved on to CICS Prairie when it first opened in 1998. In his time at CICS Prairie, Mr. Franklin has influenced the lives of hundreds of scholars as they advanced through the school.
