CICS Northtown Helps Families in Need

Ms. Conway, CICS Northtown English teacher and Student Government Moderator, shows off the food items collected by students

The scholars at CICS Northtown Academy demonstrated their commitment to their community with contributions to the annual food drive. Each advisory made contributions, leading up to a competition to make the most donations, particularly for those food items in greatest need. The junior division won the competition with 606 items!

Overall, the food drive collected 1,722 food items.

Freshman division: 403 items

Sophomore division: 232 items

Junior division: 606 items

Senior division: 481 items

The winning advisory was the ladies of Advisory 203 who won the point competition with the most needed items.

Congratulations to the students and staff at CICS Northtown Academy for running such a successful event to benefit their community!
