- Other incidents that impact safety, belonging, or school climate

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT
- Step 1: Your concern is securely logged in our system.
- Step 2: A school or network staff member reviews the information.
- Step 3: We determine next steps, which may include outreach, investigation, or support services.
- Step 4: When appropriate and possible, we follow up with you or the student involved.
We take all concerns seriously. We will handle your information as privately as possible while still meeting our legal and safety obligations.
PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY
We ask for contact information so we can follow up and provide support. You may choose to report anonymously, but this may limit our ability to investigate or respond. Information shared through this form is handled in accordance with student privacy laws and CICS policies.
